What the heck is IPL?
IPL stands for Intense Pulsed Light technology which provides
easy, long term hair reduction.
How do you work?
The light is absorbed by the pigment in your hair.
It quickly turns to heat which then kills the growing cells that make the hair.
Do you hurt?
No pain, all gain here ! I am much less painful than waxing and those shaving cuts? Thank u, next!
My babes do say that a leave a slight warm sensation on the skn.
How long before I start to see results?
Most of my babes start see a reduction in their hair growth after just 3-4 treatments, with complete results after 12 treatments. However this does vary from person to person.
Should I shave my leg before using you?
Yes please! Shaving before use ensures I work my best.
How long should I use you?
Use me ONCE A WEEK FOR 12 WEEKS. After the initial treatment, use me once a month for 3 months.
For maintenance use me every 2 - 3 months. Bai razor cuts!
Which areas of my body can I use you?
You can use your handset on your entire body, including your Brazilian and face (just be sure to not get too close to your eyes).
Do you work on all skin types?
I am suitable for all skin tones but the darkest skin tones.
Please refer to the chart below:
Do you work on all hair colours?
I don't work on very light blonde, red or grey coloured hair.
I'm pregnant and or breastfeeding, is it safe to use you?
Congrats babe! We recommend that you wait till after pregnancy and breastfeeding before you use me.
I'm all about the tan, Can I use you before or after tanning?
We recommend waiting 2 weeks before using me. And please don't use artificial tan while using me.
How are you powered?
I come with 100V - 240V power supply. I have 300,000 flashes
and should last 10 years.
Do I need to use eye protection?
Always be safe, but when you using me you don't need eye protection. I will only let out a pulse when I'm placed directly on your SKN. However don't use me near your eyes or flash my light directly in your eyes, k?
Ok, last one. Do you come with a warranty?
Of course! 12 months to be exact.
