Individual results from SKN Body are dependent on factors including skin tone, hair colour, hair growth cycles, frequency of use, and your body’s response to IPL treatment. Product X Aust Pty Ltd does not guarantee results and as such, Product X Aust Pty Ltd is not able to refund purchases unless the product is defective.
Subject to the below paragraph, Product X Aust Pty Ltd offers customers a refund for defective items only if the defective product is returned to us, or we are provided with a video that demonstrates, to our satisfaction, that the product is defective within 30 days of receipt of the product. We will review your request for a refund as soon as possible and will provide you with a full refund for the defective product if we are satisfied that it is defective.
SKN Body products come with a 12-month warranty to cover issues that may arise with your handset. To make a warranty claim, please provide the defective device to us or provide us with a video that demonstrates the defect.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
